Transfer to Columbia College Hollywood

Dear Students and Prospective Students,

As 2018 marches on, the shifting landscape of the arts community and the pursuit of arts education is something we continue to care about deeply. Sometimes the unexpected happens, as we have recently seen with other valued educators and colleges in our community.  If you have been impacted by these events, I want to personally encourage you to continue pursuing your art, your dreams, and your storytelling.

Benefits apply to the September 10, 2018 and January 14, 2019 starts only.

At Columbia College Hollywood and Flashpoint Chicago we prepare our students to evolve and thrive with the changing times. If you are ready to evolve with us, please reach out to us in Chicago or LA so we can discover how we can grow together.  To make your transition as easy as possible, we have created a package specifically designed for former Art Institute transfer students.

Columbia College Hollywood is a regionally accredited non-profit college that has been providing hands-on, industry-centric education for 66 years. Columbia College Hollywood’s programs combine critical and analytical thinking with the skills, technology, and knowledge necessary to pursue dreams and careers in filmmaking, recording arts, graphic design, interactive media, and visual effects.

Our students personalize their education by selecting an emphasis that aligns with their passion, whether it is screenwriting, directing, compositing, editing, cinematography, animation, or one of several others. With the addition of our newest campus Flashpoint Chicago, and the release of innovative online degree programs, we continue to provide arts students with a flexible industry-immersive education that sets us apart.

We are here every day to support, educate, and prepare all of the artists, storytellers, and creatives out there. Please feel free to email us at flashpoint.admissions@columbiacollege.edu or call us directly at 312-506-0605.
